名古屋名物の天むすやえび煎餅で有名な 坂角のゆかりも
この赤車海老が使用され 名古屋では欠かせない海老です。
海老自体の味が濃くからっと揚げると、とても香ばしく蕎麦との相性が抜群です。
年々捕獲量も大幅減少して今では地元でも とても貴重な海老となっています。

We use shelled migratory crab sent directly from Toyohama Port on the Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture to enhance the taste.This is a superb tomato cream soba pasta with the taste of crab blended into tomato sauce.
The fresh cream softens the sourness of the tomatoes and makes the sauce have o rich and mild taste.

We mix the thick eel with our original sauce and grill it.

Since ancient times, inari sushi has been served as lunch boxes for sports days, field trips, and when relatives gather during the Obon and New Year holidays. All of these memories are from a long time ago when I was a child...eating inari sushi, those days when I was very happy...
Perfect as a souvenir for greetings, or for ceremonial occasions for relatives...Inari is made with Kumamoto's Nankan-age and has a unique texture.

Sarashina soba
Sarashina soba is made from fair-skinned buckwheat flour called "Ichibanko"
This is a collection of only the central part of the endosperm that comes out first when buckwheat seeds are ground.
Because the colored cuticles are not mixed in, the soba will be white.
Sarashina soba has established itself as a high-quality soba, but it does not have a soba-like aroma.
Its subtle sweet taste and outstanding texture have made many soba connoisseurs happy.
Eating it with a strong soup brings out the flavor of Sarashina soba even more.
